"Worked Fine, Just a Few Extra Clicks"
I had to go through the age verification before getting in, which I expected for this kind of site. It loaded without any issues and didn’t take too long. I’m giving it 4 stars because it felt like there was a little more clicking around than necessary, if that makes sense, but overall it worked okay for me.

I liked that the lab test info was actually easy to find and not buried somewhere. I could look over the numbers before ordering, which, umm, made me feel a lot more comfortable with the whole thing.
Not every site lays that stuff out clearly, so I appreciated that Bloom kept it simple. that’s probably the main thing I care about most when ordering.

I was a little surprised by how many strains and edibles they had. The selection was bigger than I expected, but everything was still easy to find, which made the whole visit smooth. Definitely a solid spot if you like having options without feeling overwhelmed

The package showed up fine, but it wasn’t anything special. The box was a little beat up around the corners, and I feel like the inside could’ve used more padding. Nothing was broken, so that’s good, anyway... for the price, I kind of expected the packaging to feel a bit more secure

I ordered some flower from bloommarijuana.com it was stronger than I expected. I didn’t need much, so the potency was definitely there. Shipping went smoothly too. I’d probably order again, but if the quality ever drops, I’d have no problem taking my business somewhere else

"Pretty smooth overall"
Tracking was mostly fine and the updates came through like they should. There was one scan that showed up late, so for a little while I was like, okay... where is this thing? But it still arrived on the exact day it said it would, so no real complaints. Decent experience overall.

I’m giving this 4 stars mainly because the packaging was really discreet, which I appreciated. Nothing on the outside gave away what was inside, it just looked like a regular parcel. The only downside was the box felt a little plain and could’ve used better padding, though everything did arrive safely. Overall I’m satisfied, but if the discreet packaging ever changes, I’d probably look elsewhere.

Customer service was alright overall. I messaged them about my order and I think it took a little longer than I was hoping to get a reply. Once they got back to me, they were friendly enough and answered my question just fine. I’d say the main thing that could be better is the response time, because waiting around for a while was kind of annoying.

I’ve been happy with the loyalty points, honestly. They add up faster than I expected, and I do feel like I’m getting something back. My only thing is that sometimes the rewards don’t show up right away, which can be a little annoying. But it’s not a huge deal to me, and I still think the rewards are worth it.
